  • This membership is perfect for you if you're navigating perimenopause, menopause, or post-menopause and want to feel stronger, more confident, and less stressed — without punishing workouts or complicated routines. No experience needed!

  • Once you sign up, you'll receive instant access to the member dashboard, where everything is organized by theme (Energy Boost, Strength & Confidence, Anxiety Release, etc.). Just press play and move with me anytime, anywhere.

  • You'll find:

    • Low-impact Pilates & functional movement

  • Most videos require no equipment or just simple props like a mat, small hand weights, or a pillow. A few optional tools might be suggested (like resistance bands), but you can always modify.

  • Most videos are from 30-55 minutes, and the live classes run about 50 min

  • No worries — all live classes are recorded and uploaded to the dashboard so you can catch up whenever it works for you.

  • Absolutely. The membership is built to be supportive, not intimidating. Modifications are offered and there are plenty of beginner-friendly options. Always consult your doctor if you have specific injuries
