I’m a movement educator, rehab expert, metabolic balance coach, nutritionist, and mindset /habits coach with 10 years of experience in wellness.
I have been living with autoimmune thyroid disease and back pain for years. As I was approaching 40’s I knew I needed a lasting, sustainable solution to balance my hormones and get lasting energy throughout the day without quick fixes.
